Construction administration is how Symmetry offers support and oversight during the construction phase.  

Symmetry typically provides two site visits to observe the construction process, per our basic services.  The site visits allow us to observe if the build is proceeding according to the design intent as indicated in the architectural drawings.  Additional site visits, if desired, can be provided on an hourly basis.

Other services such as review of mechanical and structural drawings may be provided, depending on the packages of services you select.  Additional drawings or details not included in the contract scope of work are also available for an additional charge.  

Coordination with other design professionals, such as an interior designer or landscape architect, is provided on a limited basis.  At any time during the construction phase, the builder or other design professionals are welcome to contact us with any questions regarding the architectural drawings.
